QUESTION TAG
Question
tags is used to ask a question of fact and affirm.Usually
if the main clause is positive,
the question tag is negative,
and if the main clause is negative,
it's positive.
For example: It's cold
(positive), isn't it (negative)? And: It isn't cold
(negative), is it (positive)?.So,the
form is:
positive statement, question tag negative
or
negative statement, question tag positive
in Question tags,we use subject pronoun of the subject in main clause
sentence. Quetion Tag can also be used in all tenses such as some forms below:
